彭永帅，男，博士，讲师，动物医药学院专职教师，中共党员。
1986年2月生，河南滑县人，毕业于河南农业大学兽医学专业，在河南牧业济学院基础兽医教研室工作，主要讲授《动物解剖与组织胚胎学》、《动物解剖生理学》和《动物生理学》等课程，主要研究领域为：蜱及蜱媒病原体。
先后获河南省“优秀科技特派员”，河南牧业经济学院“科研新秀”、“文明教师”、“优秀工会会员”等荣誉称号；主持河南省自然科学基金1项，河南省科技攻关项目1项，参与国家、省、校级课题共计10余项；在《Emerging Microbes & Infections》和《Front Microbiol》等SCI期刊发表科研论文5篇，国内核心期刊论文6篇，发表教研论文4篇；参编国家规划教材3部；获河南省科学技术成果（科技论文）1等奖2项，河南省第五届自然科学学术奖二等奖1项。
